TERRY LEONARD

Terry finds his inspiration around every
corner; a walk in the woods, a stroll down the lane or a hike through an
overgrown field to the dilapidated shell of a once-loved vehicle. In an effort
to capture a past that hopes to be not forgotten, Terry’s images capture
imagination and reality in acrylic.
While his background resides in Graphic Arts, Terry found his love of painting
while crafting a work for his parents’ fiftieth wedding anniversary. He has
worked tirelessly to hone his skills and learn from each new experience. An
active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and member of the Central
Fraser Valley Graphic Guild, Terry takes every opportunity to learn from
watching, listening and doing.
Terry has spent much of his life on the lower mainland of British Columbia and
his love of the place, its people and its heritage shines through in each new
work he produces.
